- Design & Build two Administration Buildings, each consist of two stories with total area 600 m2, works includes the following:
- Excavation, Soil replacement, backfilling & the RC skeleton.
- Top roof as steel structure covered by sandwich panels -
- All internal & external high class finishing works.
- All plumbing, Electric & the central air-conditioning system.
- Light current networks for telephone, data & fire alarm
